Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in a medium bowl; set aside.
Beat margarine and sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy. Beat in egg. stir in cranberries and orange juice until blended. Add flour mixture; stir until just blended.
Pour into 9"x5" baking pan sprayed with vegetable cooking spray.
Bake at 350°F for 55 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove from pan; cool completely on wire rack.

Just before cooking, rinse cranberries in cold water and remove stems or bruised fruit. If using frozen cranberries in cooking, do not thaw the berries. Thawing cranberries will cause them to become soft and lose their crispness.
